Yes. The full game is free. The donator shop offers optional cosmetics and convenience items that never affect combat balance.

No. One account, created here on the website, works for both the website and the game client -- registration writes directly into the same account database MatchServer uses.

Make sure you're using the exact username and password you registered with, and that your game client is fully up to date -- see the Download page for the current client.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. You'll need access to the email address on your account.

A community Discord is planned -- the link will appear in the footer once it's live.

Use the Contact page for now. A dedicated in-website report/ban system is planned for a future update to the Admin Panel.
